I’m always intrigued by bank robbers, maybe because it’s the recent re-boot of my Point Break fetish, but this Make It Quick bandit is fascinating. He always hits US Banks in grocery stores after strolling through the aisles, and of course, true to his clever name, he tells the tellers to make it quick. Fun fact about bank robberies, they don’t catch most of em! They’ll get this guy, some one will recognize his face, check out this snapshot from his grab job!
The most recent hold-up happened on May 25 at a U.S. Bank inside a Vons supermarket, located at 1221 S. Gaffey St. in San Pedro.
The man has allegedly hit that same location two times before, on Jan. 4, 2009, and on June 25, 2011, authorities said.
He was also believed to be responsible for robberies at these U.S. Bank branches:
-1260 W. Redondo Beach Blvd., Gardena: Dec. 21, 2011, June 30, 2012, Aug. 24, 2012 and May 17, 2013
-500 E. Manchester Blvd., Inglewood: Sept. 21, 2011, and Nov. 13, 2011
-200 E. Sepulveda Blvd., Carson: Oct. 26, 2011
-1770 W. Carson St., Torrance: July 14, 2012
