Beach Weather joined Christen Limon backstage at ALT 98.7's Alter Ego show presented by Capital One to talk about the song "Sex, Drugs, Etc." blowing up on TikTok and more!
The song "Sex, Drugs, Etc." originally came out back in 2016, but experienced recent success going viral on TikTok.
In response to their song's seemingly overnight success, the band shared they didn't "believe it, we thought it was bots on the internet".
Their debut album "Pinapple Sunrise" will be released on March 3, 2023. Fans can expect to be able to do a "little dance" to the new album, the band said when they were asked by Christen Limon what to expect.
As for their experience at Alter Ego, the band said they're just "stunned" to be apart of such an amazing lineup with CHVRCHES, Muse, Phoenix, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
